I've decided to start a weightloss/dieting/exercising blog. I will talk about nothing but dieting and exercising here (obviously), as well as some skin/hair stuff that might come up.

Anyway, tomorrow I'm thinking of starting a fast.. I haven't fasted in a very long time(for more than one day, that is) and I miss having that self control. Plus, it's really good as a kick starter for weightloss. Sooo.... that being said, I suppose 9pm will be my 24hr mark.
Today I exercised for 30 minutes on the elliptical and then went for a 20 minute walk to the store and back. I might walk/jog tomorrow for an hour.
